2.2 Account Verification
To ensure security, bagh8 may verify your identity at any time. If the required documents are not provided promptly, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.
2.3 Account Security
Keep your login details (password, OTP) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.
Age & Eligibility
The minimum age to use bagh8's services is 21. Anyone under the age of 21 may not open an account or use the platform.
We may request proof of age at the time of registration or at any stage thereafter. A copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence is acceptable. Providing false information about age will result in the account and all deposited funds being forfeited, and legal action may be taken.
If anyone under the age of 21 lives in your household, it is your responsibility to prevent them from accessing this platform. Use password protection on your device.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for deposits on bagh8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned if detected.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
- Your first withdrawal must be made using the same method used for your deposit.
- If an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, withdrawals may be partially or fully held.
- Additional verification may apply in cases of suspicious transactions.
4.3 Inactive Accounts
If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. We will send you advance notification about this.
Bonuses & Promotions
bagh8 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are listed on that offer's detail page.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Restrictions
- A user may not claim each promotion more than once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be converted to cash after the wagering requirement has been met.
- bagh8 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.
Gameplay Rules
Every game on bagh8 is operated in a fair and transparent manner. We use software from certified game providers to ensure fair play.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Exploiting software bugs or technical errors.
- Playing games using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
- Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game.
- Any form of fraudulent activity.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted mid-way due to network disconnection or server issues, bagh8 will make every effort to settle the relevant bet. However, the decision will be final in accordance with the game provider's rules.
6.3 Sports Betting
For sports betting, the specific rules of each market apply. bagh8 reserves the right to void any bet if it is considered to be part of fraudulent or unusual activity.

Account Closure
10.1 Closure by User
You may request to close your account at any time. Before submitting the request, ensure your balance is zero, or withdraw any remaining balance (minimum ৳800).
10.2 Closure by bagh8
bagh8 may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:
- Serious violation of these Terms.
- Failure to pass age verification or provision of false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Proven fraudulent activity.
- Self-exclusion request for responsible gaming reasons.
An attempt will be made to return any legitimate balance before closure; however, this may not apply in cases of fraudulent activity.
Limitation of Liability
bagh8 makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:
- Loss due to internet connection issues or faults with the user's device.
- Issues caused by third-party software or payment providers.
- Unexpected technical failures, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- Loss resulting from the user's own negligence or use of incorrect login credentials.
